Sedona Car Repair Procedure - What to Expect
Call for appointment due to the vast number of drop in's/travelers encountered on a daily basis. (928) 282-6621
Night drop box with envelopes provided for vehicle key at front door. Drop slot in front door for key envelope.
We will diagnose issues first using the latest diagnostic tools in the shop.
Karl will call customer with findings and all pricing to repair vehicle.
Customer tells us what to repair and what not to repair.
Terri calls when repairs are completed & vehicle is ready for pick up.
You will be asked during that call (weather permitting) if you would like a car wash at the local car wash facility which uses "gray" water for an $8.00 charge. Our technician takes to car wash and stages vehicle in front lot for pick up.
Should After Hours pick up be necessary, credit card information will be accepted over the phone for a $3.00 fee. Paid receipt will be in the vehicle upon pick up. Individual arrangements pertaining to key location will be made as needed per customer preference.
Tow In vehicles will be parked in our lot and driver will use envelope for key and deposit through front door slot. Customer is requested to call the following morning to confer with Karl over vehicle issues.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VEHICLE BE RELEASED UNTIL ALL CHARGES & PARTS DEPOSITS ARE PAID IN FULL.
Parts which require ordering and over night delivery service require payment in advance if parts total over $200.00. In many instances, vehicle is diagnosed and released to customer. When parts arrive, customer is called to schedule appointment to complete repairs.
Future vehicle repair issues and parts may be ordered in advance of appointment as vehicle information necessary for ordering parts is already on file after first visit. Customers are encouraged to call us with questions and requests to order repair parts.
